Google Ads management

DPA plans and manages Google Ads around your products, customer needs and business goals. We review campaign structure, advertising messages, landing pages and measurement together. The starting point is a clear definition of what matters to your business: a relevant enquiry, a sales conversation or an online purchase.

From account review to a focused plan

For an existing account, we examine the campaign history, goals, budget allocation and measurement setup. For a new account, we define the initial scope and the information needed before launch. Search, visual, video and Performance Max requirements are considered according to your objectives and available materials.

  • Campaign and keyword planning linked to the services or products you offer.
  • Advertising messages and destination pages reviewed for consistency.
  • Conversion definitions, account access and reporting responsibilities agreed.
  • Ongoing review of spend, enquiries and the reasons for proposed changes.

Evaluate outcomes beyond clicks

A click on a telephone or WhatsApp link is an interaction, not confirmation of a completed conversation. We distinguish these steps when defining the measurement plan. Your sales feedback helps explain which enquiries are relevant and which progress to a sale.

Advertising spend is separate from the agency management fee. Creative production, website changes and additional technical work are defined in the proposal. During the first meeting, we also agree the project language and how the teams will communicate across time zones.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work with our existing Google Ads account?

Yes. We review the available history, access permissions and measurement before proposing the next steps. Account ownership and agency access are discussed at the start.

How much advertising budget do we need?

There is no single amount for every business. The target market, offer, goals and existing data inform the plan; media spend and service fees are separate.
